Essay

Object - acute kidney damage; the aim is to find out the participation of ceruloplasmin in the course of acute renal failure and to experimentally substantiate the expediency of using the drug ceruloplasmin to correct this condition; methods -biochemical, pathophysiological, functional, pharmacological, statistical; results - the ability of ceruloplasmin to reduce the manifestations of activation of intrarenal and systemic reactions of peroxidation of lipids and proteins induced by rhabdomyolysis, by reducing the content of malonic aldehyde, products of oxidative modification of proteins in the dynamics of acute renal failure. It was found that the introduction of ceruloplasmin increases its levels in blood plasma during the first, second and third days of acute kidney damage, as well as increases the content of SH-groups, glutathione peroxidase activity; in kidney tissue - glutathione peroxidase and catalase activity. Ceruloplasmin at a dose of 7 mg / kg was found to reduce the manifestations of damage to the proximal nephron, such as proteinuria, retention azotemia, decreased glomerular filtration rate and diuresis. Ceruloplasmin also reduces impaired ion-regulatory and acid-regulatory function of the kidneys in the dynamics of acute renal failure, such as the syndrome of loss of sodium ions in the urine, impaired proximal reabsorption and distal transport of ions, corrects the excretion of ammonia and titrated ammonia. Under conditions of rhabdomyolysis-induced kidney damage, ceruloplasmin enhances tissue fibrinolytic activity, reduces the degree of hydropic dystrophy and necrosis of the epithelium of the nephron tubules. It is proved that prophylactic administration of ceruloplasmin for the development of rhabdomyolytic acute renal failure increases diuresis, glomerular filtration rate, has hypoazotemic, antiproteinuric effects, fibrinolytic and antinecrotic action, reduces hyperkalemia, has an antioxidant, has antioxidant blood and kidney tissue.
