The research is devoted to the problem of formation of value attitude to the professional activity of future psychologists in the process of professional training. The main provisions on the organization of professional training of future psychologists in accordance with modern trends in education reform are analyzed; the peculiarities of formation of value attitude to professional activity of future psychologists at the present stage are investigated; the content is positioned, the components and stages of formation of value attitude to the professional activity of future psychologists are determined. Scientific approaches are defined that allow to reveal the essence characteristics of the successful formation of value attitude to the professional activity of future psychologists in the conditions of professional training: axiological, competent, personal-oriented, systemic, competitive, culturological, psychological, human-cerebric, humanistic, reflexive and complex.
The phenomenon of formation of value attitude of the individual to the future profession is positioned not only as a psychological and pedagogical problem, but also as a process that has a certain structure, the set of components of which makes it possible to achieve the goal – to develop a new quality of personality of the future psychologist, to position the value attitude of students to professional activity in the conditions of university education.
The experiment was based on the criteria of readiness of future psychologists to form a value attitude to professional activity in the process of their preparation: motivation to the future profession (motivational); awareness of value attitude to the future profession in modern society (socio-value); formation of value attitude to future professional activity (cognitive); feelings of novelty and critical thinking (reflexive). On the basis of the identified criteria and their indicators, three levels of the forming of socially significant qualities of future psychologists are determined and characterized: reproductive (low), productive (medium) and creative (high) levels. The main organizational and pedagogical conditions for the successful formation of value attitude to the professional activity of future psychologists are defined as: providing motivation for the value attitude to the professional activity of future professional; intensification of independent educational and cognitive activities of future psychologists based on the reflexive assessment of own activities; formation of communicative competence as a professional tool for future psychologists.
In the model of formation a value attitude to the professional activities of future psychologists the idea of unity of purpose, content, forms and methods of education is given its logical certainty. The methods used in this model include: (case method) method of analysis of histories and past real problematic occupational situations; method of analysis of business communication; method of case analysis; method of incident analysis; method of specific situation analysis.
The introduction of a model of formation of value attitude to the professional activity of future psychologists in the process of professional training involves the usage of modern educational technologies and the provision of organizational and methodological support.
Diagnostic tools allowed to carry out an experimental check of the effectiveness of the structural and functional model of formation of value attitude to the professional activity of future psychologists in the process of professional training. The reliability of the results of the experimental study is confirmed with the help of the developed qualimetric model of pedagogical forecasting of the social success of a professional psychologist in modern society.
