The dissertation is the first complex research in the domestic international legal doctrine of the international agreements as sources of legal regulation of the international trade relations. Conceptual conclusions and results are formulated, which contain scientific novelty and substantiate new and important for legal science theses and provisions. The dissertation identifies the features of international trade law as a branch of international law and analyzes the system of sources of international trade law, as well as examines the structure and content of international trade agreements on free trade.
