Essay

Theoretical and methodological analysis and generalization of scientific data on professional diagnostic and prognostic competence of a medical psychologist is carried out in the work. The methodological prerequisites for the formation of the professional position of a medical psychologist are determined. Methodological, technological, and organizational principles of operationalized psychodynamic diagnostics (OPD-2) as a model of realization of diagnostic and prognostic competence of a medical psychologist, interdisciplinary discourse of specialists in psychological diagnostics are analyzed. The systematization of professional errors in the context of determining the professional diagnostic and prognostic competence in accordance with the structure of the diagnostic cycle is presented. The model of diagnostic and prognostic competence of a medical psychologist, formed by 11 factors: "Abstract-polydirectional conceptualization", "Formal-logical strategicity", "Pollen-independent centricity", "Verbal concrete conceptualization", "Physiognomy and analysis" is presented based on expert assessment. "Pragmatic detachment", "Variable-deductive vision", "Predictability and conventionality", "Reflective scanning", "Focusing", "Prediction focused on precedents". Based on the typology of diagnostic information in the OPD-2 model, the cognitive-stylistic, attributive, and professional conditionality of diagnostic errors of psychologists on the factors: "Understanding of objective information", "Understanding of subjective information" and "Understanding of scene information" was determined by expert assessment. Cognitive-stylistic predispositions of diagnostic-prognostic competence of a medical psychologist in the continuum of analytical-holistic worldviews, prognostic abilities, anticipatory ability, attributive constancy, breadth, and personalization are established. The heuristic value of the model of diagnostic and prognostic competence of future medical psychologists and specialists is proved, based on which the program of advanced training for medical psychologists is substantiated and developed.
