Kovtun Y. Determinants of diversification of activities of engineering companies in global market of services.

The dissertation research consists of an introduction, 3 chapters, a сonclusion and a list of references. The dissertation conducted a study of theoretical and methodological concepts of the development of engineering services in the conditions of transformation of the world economy, the comprehensive disclosure of the process of modification of international strategies of engineering companies, developing and substantiating practical recommendations for the mechanism of diversification and integration of the sector of engineering services of Ukraine into the global market. On the basis of methodological principles, a study of the genesis of modern engineering systems in the conditions of globalization and fragmentation of economic activity was carried out. It is proved that determinants of the modern development of the international market of engineering services are: a) introduction of the latest technologies; b) digitization and introduction of information and communication platforms of a single information space; c) obtaining online access to engineering projects and international provision markets; d) a competitive information base of the experience and the availability of specialists with the relevant engineering experience and special qualifications; e) technological price competition. Also, the author presents a mathematical model based on the level of least squares analysis of the participation of engineering companies in the economy of Ukraine and the forecast of the degree and possibility of growth of engineering services for the next ten years. The author was determined that moving factors of more intensive development of the engineering services market can be: a) investing in the development of engineering and engineering infrastructure; b) the formation of a clear legislative framework; c) focus on export, d) innovation in the field of engineering, e) inter-sectoral exchange of experience; e) price competition. The author performed a comparative analysis of the current state and the level of development of the engineering services market of Ukraine, which made it possible to identify the main directions of the development of the engineering services sector in Ukraine.
