The dissertation research is devoted to the problem of the formation of the graphic culture of future technology teachers in the process of studying technical disciplines. Based on the analysis of philosophical, psychological, pedagogical, scientific and methodological literature, the structure, content and essence of the concept «graphic culture of future technology teachers» (which is formed in the process of studying technical disciplines) have been analyzed and substantiated, in particular, criteria, indicators and levels of formation of graphic culture have been determined future technology teachers. An important aspect of the formation of the graphic culture of future teachers of technology in the process of studying technical disciplines is the introduction of teaching methods in order to ensure a high level of formation of the graphic culture as a means of successful and effective professional activity, the distinctive features of which are the personal and professional development of participants in the educational process; the expected result is a positive dynamics of the levels of formation of graphic culture. An effective methodological method of forming the graphic culture of future teachers of technology was the independent work of students with an electronic educational and methodological complex «Workshop on the formation of graphic culture.» The study does not cover all aspects of the problem of forming the graphic culture of future teachers of technology in the study of technical disciplines. Unresolved are the issues of appropriate combination of two- and three-dimensional, static and dynamic models of presentation of educational material, its psychologically sound animated visualization in the study of a block of geometric disciplines.Experimental testing of the method of graphic culture formation of future technology teachers in the process of studying technical disciplines with the help of 3D-technology and application packages – AutoCAD, KOMPAS, SolidWorks and using the developed electronic educational complex «Workshop on graphic culture formation» confirmed its effectiveness introduction of future technology teachers in professional training. This increases the motivation to learn technical disciplines by increasing the degree of perception and understanding of the material; educational and cognitive activity is intensified and independent work of students is intensified.The results of the pedagogical experiment proved the effectiveness of the designed methodology of the step-by-step formation of the graphic culture of future technology teachers in the process of studying technical disciplines in a specially created information and educational environment with the implementation of the appropriate organizational and pedagogical learning conditions.
