Zharovska I. Particularities of temporal traits of civil servants with different levels of rigidity

The subject of research - features of temporal properties of civil servants with different levels of rigidity. Research methods. In order to solve research problems in the work used: theoretical methods (problem-logical method, induction, abstraction, generalization, systematization), used to generalize the theoretical and methodological foundations; methods of psychological diagnostics and methods of mathematical data processing (descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation analysis, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), Student's t-test, U-Mann-Whitney test). Excel XP and SPSS statistical analysis package for Windows v 22.0). The method of psychological diagnosis contained: Tomsk rigidity questionnaire (GV Zalevsky); experimental method of reproducing the duration of given intervals (BY Tsukanov); F. Zimbardo's Time Zone Questionnaire (ZTPI), Stroop Test (Test Stroop Effect), Projective Method "Graphic Cottle Test" (R. B. Brown and R. Herring), "Stress Resistance Self-Assessment Test" (S. Cowhen and G. Willianson) ), the method of "Locus of Control" (J. Rotter), the Gotschald test, the differential test of perfectionism (A. Zolotareva). The scientific novelty of the obtained results of the dissertation research is that for the first time the peculiarities of the temporal properties of civil servants with different levels of rigidity have been established; studied the temporal properties and rigidity of the individual, taking into account the multilevel and hierarchical system of human study; it has been demonstrated that civil servants with a high level of rigidity have a close relationship with temporal properties, tau-type, time and balanced time perspective; it is specified that choleroids and phlegmatoids are characterized by a high level of rigidity; negative mental states affect rigidity and cognitive flexibility; negative experience affects the manifestations of rigidity; the ability to change an opinion or attitude is associated with a balanced time perspective; non-acceptance of the new is due to field independence; cognitive flexibility is not related to personal rigidity; received further development: views on the interconnectedness of temporal personality traits (tau-type, dominant time perspective, balanced and future time perspective). The practical significance of the dissertation is that the results of the research are included in the content of teaching courses "General Psychology", "Differential Psychology", "Psychology of Labor" and introduced into research and practical activities of the Department of General Psychology and Psychology of Personality. .Mechnikov (reference “Implementation Act” № 06-08-01-2786 dated 07.10.2019) and implemented in the activities of the Western Interregional Department of Justice (Lviv) (reference “Implementation Act” № 336 / 11.2 / 26.20 dated 12.02.2020 ).
