The urgency of the research topic is due to a number of factors, namely: the processes of economic globalization, increasing trends towards disintegration processes, the deployment of the fourth technological revolution, the digitalization of the world economy, the intensification of international competition. These and other factors cause new challenges for the development of relations between the countries of the world.
