Essay

The paper is devoted to the problem of development the readiness of future military psychologists to resolve conflict situations in professional activity in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The subject of the study is the pedagogical conditions for the formation and development of the readiness of future military psychologists. The paper clarifies the state of military psychologists training as an academic problem in psychological and pedagogical theory and practice, defines the concept of «readiness» and argues the necessity to form up the readiness of future military psychologists to resolve conflict situations in professional activities. Based on the observational experiment, which was attended by 536 respondents, we've theoretically developed the basics of the professional profile and concluded the professional psychogram of the military psychologist as the end staye of the essence and structure of readiness of future military psychologists for practical activities in extreme and combat conditions of professional socially significant activity. Criteria, indicators are defined and the levels of readiness of future military psychologists to resolve conflict situations in professional activity are characterized. At the stage of the formative experiment the pedagogical model of formation of readiness of future military psychologists to resolve conflict situations in professional activity in the course of professional training in the higher military educational institution, which key element is didactically balanced, pedagogical conditions was substantiated and practically developed. The leading role in shaping the readiness of future military psychologists to resolve conflict situations in professional activities is occupied by didactically argued pedagogical role play, which was conducted in practical classes. The effectiveness of pedagogical conditions and models of development the readiness of future military psychologists to resolve conflict situations in professional activities has been experimentally tested and the system of special military training of future military psychologists has been updated by streamlining the appropriate methodological support. In accordance with the tasks, a set of research methods was used: theoretical – critical analysis of philosophical, psychological and pedagogical, special military, educational and methodological literature; didactic support of the educational process – theoretical substantiation and practical development of business and role-playing games, introduction of mini-lectures by cadets, use of «brainstorming» in practical classes on experimental training courses for special military psychologists; pedagogical experiment – to test the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions and pedagogical model of development the readiness of future military psychologists to resolve conflict situations in professional activities in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
