In the dissertation work, for the first time, based on the analysis of educational processes in institutions of general secondary education (IGSE) and medical institutions of higher education (MIHE) theoretically substantiated, developed and methodologically implemented the basics of using physical and technical discoveries in teaching Medical and Biological Physics for future doctors. A structural and functional model was proposed for the use of physical and technical discoveries in the teaching of Medical and Biological Physics in IGSE and MIHE with taking into account the principle of continuity of training. The functional ties of preprofessional (profile) and professional education are established in conditions of professionally-oriented learning. Criteria are proposed for the formation of cognitive, procedural-activity, and motivational professional competencies. Specialized training programs (courses on option) were developed in Medical and Biological Physics for IGSE using physical and technical discoveries. The educational and methodological complex "Medical and Biological Physics at School" is created. The method of using physical and technical discoveries in teaching Medical and Biological Physics of future doctors in the MIHE, as well as the possibility of introducing the case-method and presentation of scientific trends are identified. Experimental studies carried out at the MIHE have confirmed the effectiveness of using the case-method and presentations of scientific trends in teaching Medical and Biological Physics with physical and technical discoveries taking into account. The conclusions and results of the dissertation studies can be used in the educational process of natural and mathematical direction profile training at the IGSE, as well as the preparation of students of the second (magister's) level at the MIHE for areas of knowledge "Healthcare".
