Aliieva T. Medical and social justification of prophylaxis model for genetically conditioned reproductive losses.

The dissertation solves an actual scientific and practical problem of genetically caused reproductive losses prevention and offers to optimize the existing model of prevention. The system was developed taking into account a comprehensive analysis of the structure of reproductive losses in the Kharkiv region and Ukraine for the period 2008– 2018. Prevention is focused on married couples planning a pregnancy and on with a burdened by reproductive losses obstetric anamnesis. Optimization applies to patients undergoing preconception with the participation of medical-genetic services, as well as training and interaction of general practitioners-family doctors, obstetricians-gynecologists, pediatricians, clinical geneticists. Proposals have been made to reduce the level of genetically determined reproductive losses associated with controlled and conditionally controlled risk factors, folate cycle genes polymorphism, miscarriage and birth defects. The proposed optimized model is scientifically substantiated, widely discussed in the professional community at the regional and international levels, implemented in clinical practice in the Kharkiv region and in the educational process of specialized departments of Ukrainian medical education institutions
