Essay

The following new scientific results were obtained in the dissertation for the first time: 1. Identified, theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested pedagogical conditions of preparation of future football coaches for the formation of group reflexivity of athletes (purposeful formation of knowledge of future coaches in general, age, social psychology and psychology of sports; formation of motivation of future coaches to effective interpersonal communication; support of preparation of future coaches for joint planning of sports team activities; systematic development of personal qualities of the future coach). 2. A model of preparation of future football coaches for the formation of group reflexivity of athletes has been developed, which is represented by an interconnected and interdependent complex that combines the following blocks: methodologicaltarget, content-technological, correctional-effective. 3. The content and methods of training future football coaches for the formation of group reflexivity of athletes have been improved through the development and introduction of the author's special course "Group reflexivity of athletes in game sports". 4. Theoretical ideas about the preparation of future football coaches for the formation of group reflexivity of athletes as a factor of their successful professional activity(strengthening of psychological and pedagogical training; formation of motivation for cooperation with athletes of football teams when setting training tasks). According to the results of experimental research, it was established that the gradual inclusion of students in various activities of individual and collective nature allowed to positively influence the quality of training of future football coaches for the formation of group reflexivity of athletes. Thus, the study proves the effectiveness of the identified pedagogical conditions for the training of future coaches for the formation of group reflexivity of athletes in game sports.
