Maksymenko O. Pharmacoeconomic reasoning of approaches of pharmaceutical care rationalization to patients with liver cirrhosis

The dissertation is devoted to the pharmacoeconomic substantiation of approaches to the rationalization of pharmaceutical care for patients with cirrhosis of the liver classes A and B on the Child-Pugh scale of various etiologies. The incidence and mortality of cirrhosis in the world and in Ukraine have been studied. The state of prescription of drugs to patients with cirrhosis of classes A and B in the conditions of real clinical practice of a domestic hospital is estimated. A draft Pharmacist's Protocol for Disease Prevention and Promoting Adherence to Treatment of Patients with Chronic Hepatitis has been developed to prevent the occurrence of LC in persons at risk to improve the information support of pharmacists. According to the results of an anonymous survey of pharmacists, the role of pharmacists in overcoming the problem of increasing morbidity and mortality from LC in Ukraine is outlined. According to the systematization of the conducted researches the conceptual model of improvement of pharmaceutical care for patients with LC of classes A and B according to Child-Pew according to the principle of the causal diagram of Ishikawa and the 5 M rule is developed. care for patients with LC classes A and B by Child-Pugh.
