Melnyk G. Theoretical and experimental substantiation of technology of liquid and soft dosage forms in pharmacies

The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical and experimental substantiation of the technology of extemporaneous dosage forms, the development of scientific and methodological base and general monographs of the SFU on their quality. Projects of the monograph on RLF are developed. Monographs on mild medicines and suppositories and pessaries are included in SPU 2.0 (2014). For the first time based on physicochemical, biopharmaceutical, microbiological researches the structure and technology of 5 ELS in the form of suspension, ointment, gel, cream and pessaries is developed and proved. Stability is proved, conditions and term of their storage are defined. The patent of Ukraine for a utility model protects the novelty of the research. 3 technological instructions and 3 information sheets for the manufacture of ELS have been developed. The requirements for the manufacture and quality control of Imunosol suppositories have been improved, which have been approved as a change to the existing technical specifications and their technology has been developed in the conditions of Lekhim-Kharkiv PJSC (Kharkiv).
