Essay

The disadvantages of this product that make it dangerous to the health and even the lives of users, as well as possible ways to eliminate them have been defined. Based on the results of the patent search and analysis of literature sources the experience in forming of improved complex of the consumer properties of chemical oxygen self-contained mine self-rescuers for escape has been generalized. The method of combined deformation of copper rods for the formation of a non-standard complex of their physical and mechanical properties have been developed. The increase of functional and ergonomic properties of chemical oxygen self-contained mine self-rescuers for escape has been provided due to the use of heat and gas distributors of regeneration cartridges made of combined deformed M 1 brand copper rods. Based on the generalized desirability function, a comprehensive commodity assessment of the quality level of experimental batches of chemical oxygen self-contained mine self-rescuers for escape has been carried out, the results of which confirmed the feasibility of using regeneration cartridges from combined deformed M 1 copper rods instead of traditional steel materials. Methodological principles of identification, commodity assessment and expertize of chemical oxygen self-contained mine self-rescuers for escape have been developed. The concept of “chemical oxygen self-contained mine self-rescuers for escape” has been theoretically substantiated, which eliminates contradictions in the interpretation of this term and provides the possibility of product classification for further identification and commodity expertise. The economic and social efficiency of introduction of chemical oxygen self-contained mine self-rescuers for escape with heat and gas distributors of regeneration cartridges from M1 brand copper rods and practical application of methodological support of identification and commodity expertize of these means of personal respiratory protection are calculated and determined
