Lazareva M.V. Trust management in organizational development projects. - Qualifying scientific work on the rights of the manuscript. Thesis for a scientific degree of the candidate of technical sciences in specialty 05.13.22 "Management of projects and programs". - Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Kyiv, 2021. Models and methods of trust management in organizational development projects are studied. A method for developing the competence of the team and the organization in the context of trust is proposed, which will increase the efficiency of management and effectiveness of projects. Competency assessment and development models have been developed in the context of trust for the project team and the organization, which provide an opportunity to explore the relationship between trust and competence and make development recommendations. The "Model of the program of competence development of the organization in the context of trust" is built, which allows to visualize the relationship between competence and trust in time and to analyze the behavior of the system at bifurcation points. A conceptual model of PIC behavior at the bifurcation point and a model of PIC evolution are constructed, which allow to display and analyze connections and interactions between system elements and to obtain a phase portrait of the system or its phase trajectory. The steady state equilibrium of the system and its stable periodic equilibrium (limit cycle) with bifurcation points are also described. Thus, the created models provide an opportunity to analyze and develop rational decision-making scenarios in order to maintain the sustainability of organizational development processes in a dynamic environment. The organizational development project was considered, during which the level of trust in the organization was monitored and cognitive trust cards 22 in the project team and cognitive trust cards between stakeholders were built. The formation and analysis of trust cards allows you to see the weaknesses in the organization and take measures to eliminate them. That is, when the level of trust in the organization's management decreases, it is necessary to take emergency measures to strengthen trust - to carry out specially dedicated measures that can be compared with measures to unite the team. Monitoring the level of trust, identifying problems in this area and constant support of credit of employees at a sufficiently high level is one of the main tasks of management, the solution of which ensures the success of projects and increase the competitiveness of the organization.
