Tsareva Y. Development of industrial training masters' professional competence in institutions of vocational education services

The dissertation provides a theoretical generalization and offers a solution to the current scientific problem of developing the industrial training masters' professional competence, which is manifested in the justification and experimental verification of pedagogical conditions for the development of professional competence of masters of industrial training in institutions of vocational education services. It is stated that along with some developments in solving the research problem, it is necessary to more systematically, concretely and productively use positive ideas of educational practice in the following areas: development of motivation of masters of industrial training to master the latest production and pedagogical technologies; creation of a favorable information and educational environment in the institution of vocational education services; inclusion of material on the positive experience of foreign countries in the content of advanced training of masters of industrial training; application of innovative pedagogical technologies during advanced training of masters of industrial training; combination of course and inter-course advanced training of masters of industrial training with their self-education, etc.
