Essay

The dissertation examined the problem of formation of professional responsibility of future journalism specialists at the bachelor's level of higher education. The thesaurus of concepts is supplemented by the definition of «professional responsibility of the future journalist», understood as a holistic, integrated quality that reflects the unity of knowledge and skills of the individual, who shows a conscious attitude to society, social goals, norms and values (cognitive component), has a strong desire (motivational component) and is able to perform professional journalistic duties and tasks (activity-behavioral component); make decisions and be responsible for the decisions made in professional activities (emotional and volitional component). The pedagogical conditions that ensure the effectiveness of the formation of professional responsibility of future journalists at the bachelor's level of higher education are determined: 1) directing the content of professional disciplines to the formation of professional responsibility of future bachelors of journalism; 2) the use of interactive teaching methods that increase the activity and personal responsibility of students in mastering professional disciplines and the formation of their professional responsibility; 3) organization of reflective activities of future journalists on the formation of professional responsibility. Theoretically substantiated and developed Educational and methodological complex in electronic format on the academic discipline «Professional responsibility in journalism» for applicants of the first level of higher education, training in which is based on the use of systematic, synergistic, competency, activity and problem approaches; occurs using interactive teaching methods. The feature of the developed Educational and methodological complex in electronic format on the academic discipline «Professional responsibility in journalism» for applicants of the first level of higher education is the consistency of all elements of professional training: goals, methodological approaches and principles, structural components, their criteria and indicators, pedagogical conditions, stages of experimental work, technologies, methods and forms of training, levels of formation of professional responsible activity. Quantitative and qualitative analysis of the results of experimental work testified to the effectiveness of the developed formative measures, confirmed the effectiveness of the introduction of pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional responsibility of future bachelors of journalism. The completed dissertation research does not cover all aspects of the covered topic. We consider studies aimed at studying the issue of the development of professional responsibility of journalists in the post-graduate education system to be promising for further scientific research; influence of personal qualities of future journalists on the formation of professional responsibility
