Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the issues of professional training of future teachers for the formation of entrepreneurship of younger schoolchildren in the educational process of the pedagogical college. On the basis of the analysis and generalization of scientific research, the relevance of the raised problem is substantiated, the terminological apparatus of the research is outlined; the essence and content of key concepts: “entrepreneurship”, “formation of entrepreneurship of younger schoolchildren”, “preparation of the future teacher for the formation of entrepreneurship of younger schoolchildren”, “readiness of the future teacher for the formation of entrepreneurship of younger schoolchildren” were clarified.. Entrepreneurship is characterized as a basic competence, the ability of a person to bring ideas to life, which includes such aspects as creativity, drive for innovation and the ability to take risks, as well as the ability to plan activities and implement them. During the formation of entrepreneurship as a basic competence, younger schoolchildren learn to think outside the box, creatively in order to develop their own unique, specific abilities and skills, gain experience that will later inspire them to be creative, resourceful and proactive. The preparation of the future teacher for the formation of entrepreneurship of junior high school students in the pedagogical college is considered as a systematic process carried out in institutions of higher pedagogical education and aimed at the specially organized assimilation by students of the theoretical foundations of professional training based on the interdisciplinary integration of knowledge (psychological-pedagogical, entrepreneurial, methodical), skills and practical skills, ways of thinking, motivational orientations, entrepreneurial qualities and moral and ethical values necessary for the organization and successful implementation of professional activities for the formation of entrepreneurship among elementary school students. It has been established that an integrative feature of the future teacher's preparation for the formation of entrepreneurship in younger schoolchildren is the readiness for this activity, interpreted as a stable personal and professional characteristic, which is based on conscious entrepreneurial activity and is the result of training. The criteria (motivational, cognitive, personal), indicators and levels (reproductive, productive, creative) of future teachers’ readiness to promote entrepreneurial spirit in the primary school students during the educational process at a pedagogical college have been defined. The model has been developed, which is a set of interrelated blocks-subsystems that demonstrate the process of professional training of future teachers for fostering the entrepreneurial attitude among the primary school students as a holistic entity under the pedagogical college environment: methodological and task-oriented (purpose, objectives, methodological approaches, principles); content-organizational (content, forms, methods, components of the phenomenon under study, pedagogical terms and stages of formation); diagnostic and result (criteria, levels, and results of a would-be teacher training to promote entrepreneurial spirit in the primary school students).
