Cherevko N. Mechanismu of state management of the system of labor relations in Ukraine

Object of research: state management of labor relations. Purpose: theoretical substantiation and development of practical recommendations for improvement and modernization of mechanisms of state management of the system of labor relations in Ukraine. Methods: structural-functional, systemic, analysis, chronological, extrapolation, synthesis and modeling, logical-semantic; the descent from the abstract to the concrete and from the concrete to the abstract; modeling, generalization, program-target. Results: an important scientific task was solved, which consists in substantiating the theoretical foundations and developing practical recommendations for improving the mechanisms of state management of the labor relations system and developing, on the basis of this, the conceptual foundations of their modernization in Ukraine. Novelty: for the first time, the conceptual principles of modernization of state management mechanisms of the labor relations system in Ukraine were formulated; improved: the model of the labor relations system in Ukraine; systematization of world experience regarding the application of mechanisms of state management of labor relations in the context of the implementation of the state policy of Ukraine's integration into the EU; structuring of the system for monitoring the development of state management of labor relations; received further development: justification of the principles of labor relations; analysis of problems related to the implementation and implementation of state management mechanisms of the labor relations system; substantiation of the need for widespread use by the state at the central and local levels of state-public cooperation management; definition of the concept of "labor relations" Implemented in the activities of: the Committee on Legal Policy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine; Suvorov District Council in the city of Kherson; Kherson State Agrarian and Economic University. Fields of use: state authorities, enterprises, institutions, organizations.
