Essay

The dissertation is devoted to a comprehensive study of the administrative-legal aspect of the principles of the functioning of the public service of Ukraine in the conditions of the development of a modern legal state. Based on a comprehensive analysis of theoretical works, national and foreign legislation and the practice of its application, scientifically based conclusions, proposals and recommendations aimed at improving the theoretical and legislative foundations of the functioning of the public service in Ukraine in the conditions of the development of a modern legal state have been formulated. A theoretical and legal analysis of the concept of “public service” was carried out in the context of the process of modern state formation and current political and administrative changes, the normative basis of the activity and functioning of the public service was characterized, and directions for improving the functioning of the public service in Ukraine were proposed, based on the foundations of the formation and implementation of its principles.
