Essay

The dissertation provides a theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific task, which is revealed in the disclosure of the administrative-legal basis of the activity of the bar as an institution for the realization of the right to legal aid in the context of a comparative administrative-legal analysis of the legislation of the Republic of Poland and Ukraine. It was established that the formation of the legal institute in Ukraine and the Republic of Poland took place in accordance with the general laws of the formation and development of this legal institute in European countries, and the professional legal profession in Ukrainian lands was formed precisely during the Polish-Lithuanian era. On the basis of the analysis of scientific publications, a trend has been established regarding the activation of doctrinal studies of topical issues of advocacy in general and advocacy as an institution for the realization of the right to legal aid in particular.
