Essay

The dissertation presents a theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem, which is manifested in the disclosure of administrative and legal means of protecting investments, private property and entrepreneurship (business) in Ukraine. It is substantiated that the administrative and legal protection of investments, private property and entrepreneurship (business) should be understood as a system of legal methods and means of maintaining the regime of protection of investments, private property and entrepreneurship (business), ensuring the activities of participants in administrative and security relations in this sphere, implementation of legal norms aimed at protecting investments, private property and entrepreneurship (business) and promoting the restoration of violated rights of investors, owners and entrepreneurs.
