Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the organizational and legal foundations of observance of human and civil rights and freedoms in the activities of the National Police of Ukraine. In the dissertation the author formed the main theoretical, legal and practical recommendations for optimizing the organizational and legal foundations of the principle of observance of human rights and freedoms as an element of administrative and legal relations, which in turn directly affects the level of law and order in society and the sustainability of European integration processes. It is established that the category of human rights appears in a multidisciplinary context in all scientific studies, but most of all, in terms of its legal content, it refers to the legal context of administrative and legal relations, which in turn regulate relations between the individual and the state.
