Maksymiv I. Legal-psychological characteristics of use of child for engaged in begging

The dissertation is the first comprehensive legal-psychological study of child begging in domestic legal psychology. The systematic analysis of historical, criminal-legal and socio-psychological prerequisites of using a child for begging as a criminal phenomenon has shown the existence of a connection between the existence of the above-mentioned socially dangerous act and the economic and socio-political situation in the country. It is impossible to overcome this negative phenomenon without identifying and comprehensively addressing the underlying causes and conditions of its existence. Child begging in our country is dangerous in the sense of criminalization of society. This situation has a threatening potential for the formation of modern Ukraine as a European democratic country. On the territory of our country begging is identified with neglect and homelessness. Due to modern circumstances, this antisocial phenomenon is acquiring threatening proportions.
