Movchan M. Basics of the methodology of investigation of criminal offenses against morality.

The dissertation examines the theoretical and practical foundations of the methodology of investigating criminal offenses against morality, as well as formulates a number of scientific provisions, conclusions and practical recommendations aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the pre-trial investigation bodies of the National Police of Ukraine, which are distinguished by scientific novelty and have important theoretical and practical significance. The essence and structure of the forensic characteristics of a certain category of illegal acts are revealed. Its elements are singled out: the method of preparation, direct commission and concealment of a criminal offense; the circumstances of the commission of the illegal act; trace picture; identity of the victim; the person of the offender.
