Essay

In the dissertation, an analysis of legal acts regulating the sphere of volunteering and charitable activities or humanitarian aid was carried out, a comparative analysis of various forms of charity was carried out. The genesis of the volunteer movement and charity activity in Ukraine is considered and the factors contributing to the criminalization of these areas are outlined.
