Essay

The thesis examines the theoretical and applied principles of the investigation methodology of embezzlement, waste of property or possession of it through abuse of official position, committed by an organized group. It has been proven that in criminal proceedings based on the facts of appropriation, waste of property or possession of it through abuse of official position, committed by an organized group, a significant part is made up of budget funds. Particular attention is paid to the property of military purpose, which is the subject of illegal encroachment. Other elements of forensic characteristics are characterized.
