Kovalevskyi M. Criminological principles of activity of the prosecutor's office of Ukraine under armed conflict.

The dissertation deals with clarifying the criminological basis of the activity of the prosecutor's office of Ukraine in the conditions of armed conflict and formulating, on this basis, proposals for improving the legislation and the practice of its application. In the work, for the first time, the criminological principles of the activity of the prosecutor's office in conditions of armed conflict are proposed to understand the basic principles, ideas that are guided by the prosecutor's office during the performance of functions and the exercise of their powers during the period of armed conflict with regard to the impact on crime (and certain criminal offenses), its determinants, as well as factors that influence the formation of the criminal's identity, factors influencing the victim's victimhood, as well as the implementation of crime prevention measures.
