The thesis is devoted to problems of formation of the gear of management economy in conditions of transition to the market attitudes on an example of a pharmaceutical industry. In activity the essence and methods of an economic mechanism is analyzed, the correlation with various patterns of ownership on production assets is considered the market as the form of managing. The rules of the current legislation and normative acts on problems of competitiveness of production of medicinal means ensuring a capabilities of deliveries on export are studied. The condition of a business economics of a pharmaceutical industry is analysed, the directions of re-structuring in management the enterprises of a pharmaceutical industry are formulated. The directions and methods of perfecting insidevstructural of the economic attitudes are justified at the joint-stock form of managing.
