Krykhtin O. The Structure of National Production in Transforming Economy of Ukraine

Object of research: the reproductive structure of the Ukrainian economy, of regional economy and of the economy of enterprise. Purpose of research is to determine the contence and the priorities of both the structure of the national production and the directions of the structural shifts in the Ukrainian economy and to base the transformation period strategy of restructurization at both the micro- and macroeconomic levels. Methods of research: economic theory, system approach, multifactor analysis, economic and statistic analysis and structural and functional analysis. Results: the ancestral (economic and material) and specific forms have been theoretically found in the structure of the national production for the first time. The economic structure of the production has been determined to be the system of economic relations among subjects of property. There was also established the existance of the integral function of the economic system. The contence of the function is concluded in the creation of fa vourable social and economic conditions for the reproduction of the effective structure of national production. The economic meaning of the term "structural shifts" was deepened. There were found the reasons. The classification and the priorities of structural shifts in the Ukrainian economy have been found. The new social and economic meaning and the structure-creating role of the first links of the national production and also the optimality, which is devoted to maximize the production and commercial activity, have been determined. The meaning of the mechanism of accomplishing the structural shifts has been explained. The criteria of the progressive shifts in the economy has been determined. News: the conceptual praisions about the essence and the contence, about the regularity and the perspectives the national production structure development in the transforming economy of Ukraine have been developed, there were received cektain suggestions on modifying the normative base of the restructurization process control at the level of Donetsk region; methods of planning the technical development of production which provide effectivity technical development of production which provide effectivity calkulation of structural shifts in the economy of Donetsk region have been modified. Applying fields: pertaining to the national economy, pertaining to a branch of industry, regional and also pertaining to the level of enterprise.
