Dominant levels of the constituted motivational structure determine regulation of the life plans, connected with professional activity, as well as specialist identification formation. Motivational structure could be complicated in frames of the existing constituted formation, changing semantic grounds of the life self identification, or the constitution of the new level of the motivation sphere, related with the subjectivity development.
