Essay

The transmission electron microscopy, the changes in endothelial vascular ultrastructure which can be either sensitive or insensitive to medial calcific sclerosis are explored. It was established that acute massive injury of endothelium had been present in aorta on the first day after single-action adrenalinemia. Therefore, acute massive endothelial injury is a precondition of the hyperconstriction and necrosis of aortal SMCs in the condition of hyperadrenalinemia and may be considered as an important mechanism in pathogenesis of "adrenalinal" aorta mediacalcinosis.
