Investigation object - peculiarites of inspection the place under spot in the circumstances concerning the Ukrainian state border violation. Investigation aim is to work out and substantiate the ways of solving out the theoretical and practical problems of checking-up the place under spot of crimes concerning the violation of the state border nowadays and to contribute appropriate recommendations directed to the efficiency encreasing of conducting this investigation action.
