Investigation object is problem questions in activity of Boarder Guard Troops of Ukraine as to get and use more advanced criminalistic information from the human's footprints (foot-wear) and their accompanyings (smell, microfootprints). The next point is to generalize their practical reveal and use andpractical recomendations as to optimum application of methods and the technique means of tracing in the activity of Boarder Guard Troops of Ukraine.Investigation methods - theoretical analysis, historical analysis, structural-functional, comparatively- juridical, formally-logical, Theoretical and practical results: systematically are given accounts of the status of the criminalistic teaching on some kinds of the human's footprints (foot-wear) and their accompanying; their classification was made according to the mechanism of its forming on different footprints surfaces which are different in structure. And as well the system of signs which is of cognitive importance while speaking of the identification of a person when he (she) violates the State Boarder.. Introduction novelty - It is the first monographic investigation in Ukraine on the problem of theoretical and practical questions of the criminalistic teaching on the human's footprints (foot wear) and their accompanyings (smell, micro footprints); on the methods of its utilization in the activity of Boarder Guard Troops of Ukraine. Stage of applications: in the teaching process of the Academy of Board Guard Troops of Ukraine in preparation ofb systematic elaborations in the sphere of criminalistics, and in practical activity of juridical service of the Security State Boarder Commetee of Ukraine. Sphere of application - activity of the inquest service and other services which invesigte a violations of boarder.
