Yarin V. Inquest body"s organizational and law bases of the Border Guard Troops of Ukraine

Object of investigation is the organization and activity of inquiry bodies in the Border Troops and other military formations of Ukraine. The aim of investigation is the studying of theoretical propositions and normative acts which define organization and law bases of inquiry body activity in Border Troops of Ukraine; is the coordination of its results with the analysis of acting regulation of procedural authorities of persons who perform this regulation and also with of inquiry body functions while investigating the crime under the modern conditions . Methods of investigation and apparatus are the theoretical analysis, historical, structural and functional, comparative and law, statistic, formal and log methods and questionairing. Theoretical and practical results - definitions of inquest and inquiry body in military formations propositions conclusions and suggestions can be account during the preparation of new project of Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine innovations of acting laws of Ukra ine and other normative acts about Armed Forces and Border Guard Troops of Ukraine; during further investigations of inquiry bodies activity at the structure of military formations during the development of studying programms, traning appliances and teaching of the military institutes the courses of "Criminal Procedure in Ukraine", of "Bases of State and Law" and the applicable special courses; during the realization of measures of military reforms and during the development of new Instruction about performing of inqest in chang of military formations. Novelty of innovation is the first in Ukraine monographic investigation carried out with regard for propositions of acting Constitution of Ukraine and departmental acts which regulate the specified in Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine (artical 101 p. 3) inquiry bodies in military formations.
