Essay

The obiect of our investigation is technology of Agaricus bisporus cultivation. The purpose of it is selection of varieties and substrates for a big productivity. The methods of our investigations are laboratory-cultivation and field-croping. As a result of it was selected varieties ( final harvest is 16,1-16,4 kg/100 kg of substrate) and substrate, whose final harvest on it is 12,35-16,10 kg/100 kg of substrate. Elected varietis and substrates are introduced at first. The resultes of the investigations were introduced in 2 farmers. The uses type - is Protected Cultivation.
