Healthy new-born children in their early neonatal period and intact rats under the age of 4, 6 and 16 weeks investigated. The purpose of this study consisted in clearing of the state of physiological integration of components of renin-angioten-sin-aldosterone, prostaglandin and opioid systems in the process of regulation of water-electrolytic homeostasis on the separate stages of postnatal development. Metods of radiometry and electrochemical potentiometry, apparatus: radio-activity counter "Gamma-1" and biological alkali-microanalyser were used. The marked antidiuretic and antisodiumuretic trend of met-enkephalin effects have been revealed. Normative meanings of renin activity, concentration of aldosterone and prostaglandin E2 and F2-alpha in new-born children's blood plasma have been suggested. Complex information about the degree of correlational intercommunication between plasma level of met-enkephalin, activity of plasma renin, renal and urinary concentration of prostaglandin E2 and F2-alpha have b een obtained for the first time during this experiment. The results of investigation have been inculcated into the practice of Lugansk Center of Mother and her Child Health Protection as well as in the educational process of Lugansk State medical university. These results of investigation are recommended to bring into use in scientific-research institutions of water-electrolytic homeostasis as well as obstetrical clinics.
