Gnatyuk N. Joint Ventures in Conditions of Market Transformation of the Economy of Ukraine.

This thesis is devoted to complex analysis of joint business. By the purpose of the thesis is the determination of a place and role of joint ventures in improvement of the economy of Ukraine in conditions of its market transformation. By the object of the thesis are joint ventures which exist on territory of Ukraine. In the dissertation the methods of the analysis and synthesis, dynamic comparisons, mathematical and graphic methods were used. In the work the main classification attributes and criterions of definition of joint business are allocated. The basic tendencies of joint ventures activity in conditions of transitional economy of Ukraine are determined in the work. It is ascertained, that the decisive influence functioning of joint ventures renders macroenvironment of a country through set of organizing, economic, political and legal conditions, which determine character and way of activity, level of economic liberty of the subjects of joint business. The system of parameters of an estimationof joint ventures activity in conditions of transitional economy are proposed. The prospects of development of joint business in Ukraine are determined. The basic ways of increase of efficiency and improvement of joint ventures activity in conditions of market transformation of the economy of Ukraine are offered.
