Karbovnyk O. Corporatization in the Market Transformation of the Ukrainian Economy

The purpose of the thesis is the analysis of formation of a joint-stock pattern of ownership in conditions of market transformation of the state-owned enterprises in Ukraine. Subject of the thesis is process of setting up and development of the joint-stock enterprises in conditions of market transformation of economy of Ukraine. Object of research are the business enterprises, which are formed in process corporatization in Ukraine and other countries of transitive economy. The author carried out complex approach to valuation and formation of the corporatization mechanism in conditions of transition of Ukraine to the market, proved the expediency of wide introduction of a joint-stock pattern of ownership in economic system of Ukraine for the decision of many economic and social problems, and offered a classification of the factors which influence a condition of a capital market of joint-stock company in transitive economy. This thesis contains the main ways for improving the process of corporatization .
