Essay

National economy of Ukraine. Develop scientific-methodological basics of the tax system state regulating in economic contemporary conditions. Methods of research – mathematical statistic, economical-mathematical modeling, comparative and factor analyze. There were developed new tax structure and rates, new methodological approaches of state regulating of region development’s levels which grounds on tax mechanism potential. Results were used in preparing Ukraine Tax System Transformation Conception. Spheres of using – executive and legislative government organs.
