Personal uneasiness of the junior schoolboys. Experimentally to determine, to justify, to check up an effectiveness of psychological-pedagogical conditions. Forming experiment, observation, testing, sozialmetr, projective techniques, methods of statistical data processing. Main factors for rising anxiety in interperconal relations of younger school-age children are determined; its form and manifestation indices as well as development dynamics are described. On the basis of the criteria systematized by us, personal anxiety levels with younger schoolchildren are specified. A complex programme for younger school-age chldren personal anxiety overcoming is proposed and its eficacy conditions are shown. The programme is well-grounded theoretically and tested in practice. Area of application - educational process of an elementary school, and also process of preparation of the practical psychologists and teachers of initial classes.
