The subject of investigation is a specific of system scheme of formation of Ukrainian export trade relations under conditions of transition to market economy. The concept of re-structuring of export links, which is based on the state regulation when competitive advantages are being created; the main principles of state regulation of sphere of foreign trade with high-technologies; diversified methodical approach to forecast volumes of commodity exports on a short-term period are elaborated as a result of investigations. The methodical developments are used by Administration of President of Ukraine.
