Essay

The thesis is devoted to the questions of state regulation of the banking. The necessity of the state control above bank risks is grounded in this work. The conceptual hierarchical scheme of the objectives and tools of a monetary policy is developed. The concrete recommendations for implantation and rational combination of two above mentioned methodologies in Ukraine are indicated. Was made econometric simulation and alternative forecasting of the state impact at the economic system through the regulation of banking sector.
