The dissertation reserches the problems of various forms of managing on the basis of agrarian relations and lamded prperty reform. In shows the reasons of hindrance of the agrarian reform process, reveals the reasons of investment lack in agricultural industry. Theiretical basis of rent and lease relations is being considered. The necessity of the land market forming and the development of credit relations in agriculture are motivated.
