The dissertation is devoted ti desing of the mechanism of labour motivation evolution under market transformation of the Ukraine economy conditions. The essence and contens of the labour motivity, structure of the motivetive mechenism, modern problems in the motivity sphere and possible ways of decisionare revealed in the work.The new approahes in investigating, forming and realezating motivity on the basis of the complex cocialeconomy analysis are elaborated.The theoretic model of the motivetive mechanism of activities for convertion period is esteblished in the work.The rezults of the work have found their applying in elaborating of methodic-studies text-books fo teaching stady disciplines.
