Essay

The thesis is devoted to the improvement to the result of the surgical treatment of the hypospadias. Data of the clinical and laboratory examination of 105 with hypospadias who were operated, were material of research. Data on the local blood circulation of the skin of the sexual organs and breach of homeostasis are used for making the scheme of postoperative risk and results of urethroplasty. Frequency of post-operative complications is decreased.
