The dissertation is devoted to judicial problems of international legal protection of human rights of migrant workers and members of their families.The theoretical and practical aspects of these problems have been investigated. The author's concept and approaches to the solving of these problems have been legally substantiated. The recommendations on the improvement of universal and national legislation in the field of protection of human rights of labour migration are proposed.
