The object is the study process of psychological and pedagogical subjects at the University of Economics. The purpose is to determine and to explain theoreticaly all the pedagogical conditions of the effective formationof commucative skills and abilities during the study process of psychological and pedagogical subjects. Innovation - it is for the first time that the pedagogical technology theoretical model of the communicative skills' formation is developed and the pedagogical conditions of its effective realization during the study process of psychological and pedagogical subjects are explained. Investigation methods are theoretical analysis, emperative, experiment mathematical statistics. Results are show in the methodical recommendations, the programme for practical seminars, the textbook. The investigation results are introduced into the psychological-pedagogical training system of the University of Economic students.
