The dissertation is devoted to the study of the theoretical and practical aspects of the activities of League of Arabic States in the field of peaceful settlement of international disputes under the charters UN and League of Arab States. The special attention is paid to the practice of the League of Arab States in this sphere, in particular to settlement of Israel-Arab conflict and in prevention of gulf war between Iraq and Kuwait.
